“The Eucharist is the secret of my day.
It gives strength and meaning to all my activities of service to the Church and to the world.”

Your prayers are strongest at the Consecration in Holy Mass (raising of Host and Chalice).
Each time we look at The Most Blessed Sacrament our place in Heaven is raised forever.

An Act of Spiritual CommunionMy Jesus,
I believe that You are present in the Most Holy Sacrament. I love You above all things, and I desire to receive You into my soul. Since I cannot at this moment receive You sacramentally, come at least spiritually into my heart. I embrace You as if You were already there and unite myself wholly to You. Never permit me to be separated from You. Amen. |
The Prayer given by an Angel in Fatima
MOST Holy Trinity, Father, Son, and Holy Spirit,
I adore Thee profoundly. I offer Thee the Most Precious Body, Blood, Soul, and Divinity of Jesus Christ, present in all the tabernacles of the world, in reparation for the outrages, sacrileges, and indifference by which He is offended. And through the infinite merit of His Most Sacred Heart, and the Immaculate Heart of Mary, I beg of Thee the conversion of poor sinners. (to be repeated 3 times) |
Hail, holy Queen, Mother of mercy, our life, our sweetness and our hope.
To thee do we cry, poor banished children of Eve. To thee do we send up our sighs, mourning and weeping in this valley of tears. Turn, then, most gracious advocate, thine eyes of mercy toward us, and after this, our exile, show unto us the blessed fruit of thy womb, Jesus. O clement, O loving, O sweet Virgin Mary.
V. Pray for us, O holy Mother of God.
R. That we may be made worthy of the promises of Christ.

St. Michael the Archangel, defend us in battle, be our protection against the wickedness and snares of the devil. May God rebuke him we humbly pray; and do thou, O Prince of the Heavenly host, by the power of God, cast into hell Satan and all the evil spirits who prowl about the world seeking the ruin of souls.
Amen.

Oh Most Sacred Heart of Jesus; have mercy on us.
Oh Immaculate Heart of Mary; pray for us.
Saint Joseph; pray for us.
Guardian Angels; pray for us.
